A conversion of an old storage barn within the grounds of former farm complex.

We were able to deliver this build in budget and on time with a quality finish.

We were fortunate to start this project without having to do much to the structural integrity of the barn. The old floors were removed and reinstated with the addition of the underfloor heating. We completed brand new electrical mechanical system throughout, installed a new kitchen and bathroom suites while adding additional first floor space creating the master bedroom. We have kept the double height space in the living area creating beautiful spacious family space which feels light and airy yet has all the charm and characteristics of the barn. This newley renovated barn has produced the perfect guest accommodation just across the courtyard from the main house.
