At our core we are a main contractor, built upon working with a network of specialists to manage and deliver high quality construction projects. However just because things have always been done a certain way does not always mean that it is the best solution for every project. Part of our design process involves site specific modelling of your project by carrying out significant calculations to ensure that the build will perform as the design intended. Once we've established these principles within the preconstruction and you budget. Then we can look at factoring in the Net Zero Embodied Carbon by considering material choices and finishes, to achieve sustainability throughout the construction phase.
Design
To deliver the complete package Fourthwright have recruited an Electrical and Mechanical designer so that we can integrate these services into the design without compromising the building envelope. Our designer is focused on the future, offering the latest in smart home capabilities where your home is not only seamlessly controlled with your current technology but systems that are intelligent enough to make your home more efficient.
We are always expanding our knowledge and exploring different techniques and better methods to construct more efficient buildings. The layout, programming, budget, design and material constraints all need to be factored in when deciding on what is the best approach for your build and we can share our experience to ensure that you get the best solution.
