Set with the task of renovating this old cottage complete with a barn conversion knock through and a new single story oak framed extension. With the addition of oversized windows to frame the view of the picturesque valley below from the single-story oak framed extension. 

The biggest challenge we faced was site access as it was down a single-track country road that hugged the side of the valley, with procurement and project timings critical to the planning of the successful project.

In addition to complex built we also worked with the bat conservation trust to rehome the bats that had taken up residence within the barn roof.
