Fourthwright have been involved with this project after the initial planning permission was granted. We decided on a specification change to reinforced insulated concrete slab and ICF block work improving the thermal value of the buildings and speeding up build time on site.

Both properties will benefit from MVHR (mechanical ventilation heat recovery), air source heat pumps, and underfloor heating throughout. These elements combined will help reduce the energy consumption and running cost.
