Key Challenges:
Alterations to existing planning consent to maximise the footprint of the property with the site. Adapting the design and construction method to accommodate changes to building regulations brought about during the construction phase.
How the work went
We thoroughly enjoyed working with our clients on this project to deliver the vision of their finished home. It was made more special by the fact that this was the client’s first home and that because the client involved us right from their purchase of the site we had the opportunity to offer our experience and advice as to how the design could be tweaked to make it more suitable for them.
